All content on AspirantHub, including questions, explanations, images, videos, logos, and software, is the property of MCQ Beast or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

4.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content (comments, feedback, questions) to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their errors

6. Tournaments and Competitions

When participating in tournaments and competitions:

  • You must comply with all tournament rules and guidelines
  • Cheating, using unauthorized tools, or manipulating results is strictly prohibited
  • We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate rules
  • Tournament rewards and prizes are subject to verification
  • Prize distribution may be delayed for verification purposes
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel tournaments at any time

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for exam outcomes or career results.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

AspirantHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
